Co-founders Andrew and Sara bring over five decades of combined experience in business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and new ventures ... working both in Australia and internationally across a diverse range of industries. Some of their ventures have been bold and entrepreneurial, others more corporate and structured ... all have shaped their expertise and their approach to education.

Andrew, Connect’s CEO, has 30 years in leadership roles with global giants like Samsung, national leaders such as Woolworths, and a variety of SMEs and startups. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) his career has taken him across Australia, England, Indonesia, the USA, and New Zealand. His leadership philosophy is simple: invest in people to achieve lasting business success.

Sara brings a strong academic foundation in science and sustainability, holding a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical) and a Master of Environmental Management. Her career spans highly regulated and compliance-driven sectors, including electrical engineering roles for ECS (Energy Conservation Systems) and the NSW Government, as well as owning and operating an events company in the USA and hospitality businesses in Indonesia. She knows what it takes to navigate complex industries and succeed in business.
